Who We Are

Cruise Happy Travel is an independent associate of Dugan’s Travels. We provide personalized planning services to clients seeking a cruise vacation. We are owner-agents who live in the Phoenix area. Our clients are from around the country.

Over the years, we ourselves have enjoyed cruising. We’ve been on the mainstream cruise lines such as Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Holland America.

We had a rare opportunity to cruise on the SS Universe Explorer several years before she ended up—sadly—with the Alang Shipbreakers. This cruise was a life-enriching experience complete with educators in the fields of anthropology, biology, and musicology.

We recently enjoyed a delightful California Wine Country cruise out of San Francisco on Cruise West’s 102-passenger Spirit of Endeavour. With its up-close, casual, personal style of small ship cruising, Cruise West is our choice for an enriching experience without the crowds.

Neil became a certified Hawaii Destination Specialist in January 2007 after successfully graduating from the Islands of Aloha destination training program. This was a self-study course through Ke Kula O Hawaii (The School of Hawaii). The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau offers this certification program.

Yes, we do enjoy cruising, and we want to help you plan and enjoy your next cruise. Being individuals ourselves, we will treat you as the individual that you are.
